27th February 2016 – Ashfield 2 Forth 4

The Wanderers completed the double over Ashfield this season, winning 4-2 in a hard fought encounter at Saracen Park this afternoon. An overhead kick from the quick thinking Willie McClaren had the Wanderers ahead within 2 minutes but they were pegged back 5 minutes from the interval. Stevie Kane again put Forth ahead but Ashfield made it 2-2 before late goals from Craig Gupwell and Barry McGeechan sealed the three points for the Kingshill men.

27th February 2016 – Jason Corbett

The club would like to welcome back Jason Corbett on a temporary transfer from Thorniewood United until the end of the season. Jason made 17 starting appearances and 2 as substitute for the Wanderers last season, scoring 5 goals in the process.

13th February 2016 – East Kilbride 2 Forth 3

The Wanderers fought back from 2 goals down to record a 3-2 victory against East Kilbride Thistle at the Show Park this afternoon. A first half goal from the industrious Barry McGeechan followed by two second half strikes from Willie McClaren, one from the penalty spot, saw the Wanderers pick up a vital three points in their quest for promotion. Stevie Kane made his Forth debut and showed enough to suggest he’ll be a real asset in attack.
