30th October 2014 – Management Team Takes Shape

New manager Jamie McKenzie has moved swiftly to appoint current player Martin ‘Hitman’ Harty and John Fallon Junior as his assistants. Congratulations to Martin and welcome to the club John !

27th October 2014 – Jamie McKenzie Returns as Manager

Forth are pleased to announce the return of Jamie McKenzie as manager. Jamie will take charge of his first match away to Cambuslang on Saturday.

26th October 2014 – Dyce 2 Forth 1

The Wanderers exited the Scottish Junior Cup yesterday,losing 2-1 up at Dyce. A Chris Lennon penalty saw Forth ahead at half-time although they were to rue their missed opportunities as Dyce came storming back to equalise and score a winner 3 minutes into stoppage time.

26th October 2014 – Manager Resigns

Manager Chris McGroarty has resigned today to take up the managerial reigns at Wishaw Juniors. His coaching staff of Ian Mathers,Glenn Weir and Terry McGroarty will also leave the club with Chris. We thank them for their efforts for the Wanderers over the past few seasons.

19th October 2014 – Wishaw 7 Forth 1

Another poor performance by the Wanderers saw them comprehensively beaten 7-1 by Wishaw at the Beltane yesterday. The only bright spot on an otherwise forgettable afternoon was a sublime finish by Andrew Gilchrist for the Forth goal.

13th October 2014 – Squad Update

We’d like to welcome new signing, midfielder John McGowan to the club. John was previously with Lowland League sides BSC Glasgow and East Kilbride. Leaving the club are Stephen McQuade, Gary McMullen and Tony Traynor, we wish all three the very best in their future endeavours.

11th October 2014 – Forth 4 St.Roch’s 2

Forth recorded their first league victory of the season emerging 4-2 winners after an enthralling encounter with St.Roch’s at Kingshill Park this afternoon. Despite falling behind twice, the Wanderers won the three points with a first Forth goal for Ian Harty and a hat-trick from the unlikely source of Jordan Smith.

5th October 2014 – Dyce in the Junior Cup 2nd Round

The Wanderers have been drawn against Dyce Juniors in the 2nd Round of the Scottish Junior Cup. The game will take place at Iain Mair Park in Dyce on Saturday 25th October with a 2:30pm kick off. Dyce currently lie 8th in the North Region Super League.
